Terms of service
These terms apply when a Shopify merchant installs or uses Warrantix, a warranty-registration service operated by midorry.
The service
Warrantix provides registration forms, serial tracking, warranty certificates, claims workflow, email delivery, and record exports. Merchants remain responsible for their products, warranty promises, consumer-law obligations, claim decisions, and the accuracy of information they configure or export.
Acceptable use
You must use Warrantix lawfully, secure access to your Shopify account, provide accurate customer-facing terms, and collect only information you are entitled to process. Do not upload malicious content, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to mislead customers.
Plans and billing
Free-plan quotas and Pro pricing are shown in the app. Pro begins with a 14-day trial and is billed through Shopify at $15 USD every 30 days until cancelled or downgraded. Shopify handles charge approval and billing. Customer-facing registration is not interrupted when a Free shop exceeds its monthly registration allowance.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Warrantix reliable, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted. We may improve, change, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects paid use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Warrantix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or merchant warranty costs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
